A message dated June 25, 2007, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

     "An Act relating to requiring electronic monitoring as a special                                                           
     condition of probation and parole for offenders whose offense was
